M Rewards Membership

IMPLIED ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These "Terms and Conditions" govern the M Rewards program. Your registration and participation in this program indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions by posting revisions to this program at any time. Your continued participation in this program indicates your agreement to any revised Terms and Conditions. Accordingly, if you do not agree to any terms, please do not participate in this program.

ELIGIBILITY/ENROLLMENT

This program is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, you may use M Rewards under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Guests who meet the eligibility requirements may enroll by creating an M Rewards membership at www.metrotheatres.com (follow the prompts to create an account and register your membership), or at the box office of any Metropolitan Theatres location. Complete registration will be required to be fully enrolled before awards can be redeemed.

The complete registration process requires that you provide the following information: phone number, email address, first name, last name, address, date of birth (required to confirm eligibility), and zip code. Additional information may be requested. Membership must be registered and in good standing in order to participate and redeem Rewards. You may only have one (1) M Rewards membership per person and membership is non-transferrable. The M Rewards program is intended for personal use only, and commercial use is prohibited. Individuals may not pool or combine Points with other members. Failure to follow the Terms and Conditions may result in termination of membership: see Termination of Membership.

M REWARDS

There is no fee to enroll in the M Rewards program, but eligible purchases and/or activities are required to earn Points and Rewards.

SIGN UP AND ANNIVERSARY POPCORN REWARD

Upon complete registration for M Rewards which includes full registration to include, first name, last name, phone number, email address, birthdate (day, month, year), and zip code, you will receive a free medium popcorn which is valid for 90 days. Your Reward will appear in your account post completion of complete registration.

At your one year anniversary as an M Rewards member, you will receive a free medium popcorn which is valid for 90 days. Your Reward will appear in your account on your anniversary date.

QUALIFYING PURCHASES

You will receive ten (10) Points for each dollar spent on qualifying purchases at Metropolitan Theatres locations. Points are earned before tax. Points are calculated to the 2nd decimal (1.00) and are accumulated for purchase payments made with cash, credit card, debit card and Metropolitan Gift Cards. Qualifying purchases include: movie tickets purchased at the theatre box office, kiosk, or online at www.metrotheatres.com, and concession items including alcohol purchases. Membership includes one free refill with a large popcorn purchase, and one free refill with a large soda purchase. Must present membership at time of refill. Additional rewards benefits may include surprise email offers, access to exclusive events and special offers available to M Rewards members only.

Qualifying purchases do not include: booking fees, theatre rentals, alternative content films, film festivals, special events, gift card purchases, MVP purchases, field trips, fundraiser programs, arcade games, group sales, catering and/or concessions for events and rentals, discount tickets purchased from third parties. Use of free passes, re-admit passes or purchases made using M Rewards dollars/certificates, Popcorn Vouchers, or any other rewards generated from the M Rewards membership are also not eligible for Point accumulation.

In the event a refund or return is processed for a qualifying purchase, the original payment method will be credited back and the Points earned will be deducted from the member’s Point balance. If M Rewards Dollars were used for the payment method, then the total Reward Dollars will be credited back to the membership and no Points would have been accumulated on the amount of the Reward Dollar value used.

POINTS

Members will earn Points by using a qualifying email or registered phone number associated with your M Rewards account at any Metropolitan Theatres location at the time of qualifying purchase or when buying tickets online at www.metrotheatres.com. Members are required to be logged in to earn Points. Accumulated Points will expire at two (2) years of being earned, and are not transferable.

M REWARDS DOLLARS

For every 1,000 Points accumulated from qualifying purchases, your membership will be credited with a $5 Reward (worth 5 Reward Dollars). After a $5 Reward is credited, 1,000 Points will be immediately deducted from total Point balance. Please allow up to 24 hours for your $5 Reward to be credited. M Rewards Dollars can be redeemed in theatre for box office tickets, concessions and bar service, or online at www.metrotheatres.com for ticket purchases. You will need to provide the registered email, or phone number at the time of transaction in order to use your M Rewards Dollars. M Rewards Dollars expire one year from being earned, and are not transferable.

EXCEPTIONS

Currently split payments with M Rewards dollars is not available on kiosks or for online ticket purchases at www.metrotheatres.com.

COMMUNICATIONS

Messages relating to important program and account matters may be emailed regardless of subscription status or preference.

Website: Members can log in to their M Rewards membership via the Metropolitan Theatres website at www.metrotheatres.com to check their account information, check Point progression and view M Rewards balances.

Once logged in, members will be able to edit their information including: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and preferences.

OTHER

If you have questions or need assistance with your M Rewards membership, please review the Terms and Conditions for M Rewards on www.metrotheatres.com or visit your nearest Metropolitan Theatres location. You can also email us with the details at rewards@metrotheatres.com for assistance.

To earn points, M Rewards must be presented before purchasing your tickets or concessions. No points will be added at any time other than when presented at the time of a purchase.

Metropolitan Theatres employees are not eligible for the M Rewards program.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Metropolitan Theatres may cancel the M Rewards program at any time. You will be notified of any such cancellation in the manner provided by applicable law prior to the effective date of the change. You may cancel your M Rewards membership at any time by emailing us with the details at rewards@metrotheatares.com for assistance. If you cancel voluntarily, you will not receive a credit for any benefits and you may not reactivate your membership. However, you are eligible to purchase and/or activate a new membership number without the benefit of the previously earned Points and Awards.

Personal information provided to Metropolitan Theatres by filling out our registration form and submitting it to us from this website, is used to respond to your message and to help us get you the information you have requested or register your opinion. We only share this information with other organizations if your inquiry relates to that organization, or as otherwise required by law. Any comments collected are themselves subject to the protections of the privacy policy.
